Naturally, the condominium owners frequently come face to face with each other and the management. In this context, we provide consultancy services to the managements on general management affairs, organizing ordinary and extraordinary general assemblies and following up the process in person, preparing the management plan, carrying out enforcement proceedings for the purpose of collecting the membership fees, and we provide consultancy services to the condominium owners on representation in ordinary and extraordinary general assemblies, cancellation of general assembly decisions, change of management, change of management plan.
