LABOR LAW

Labor law is the branch of law that regulates the relations between employees and employers. Labor law covers issues such as employment contracts, wages, working conditions, job security, compensation, social security, work accidents, and reinstatement. Labor law determines the rights and obligations of employees and employers and shows the solutions in case of disputes. Labor law cases are an important part of business and working life. In order not to suffer any loss of rights in labor law cases, employees and employers must know their rights and obligations well, act in accordance with the laws and contracts, and seek legal solutions through mediation or litigation when a dispute arises.

Labor law proceedings do not actually begin in court, but from the moment the employee starts work. Therefore, we provide consultancy services to our clients nationally and internationally, especially in Germany, with the awareness that issues such as the preparation of the employment contract, the preparation of the workplace regulations, the proper keeping of personnel files, the preparation of payrolls, the performance evaluations and, when necessary, the receipt of written defenses, the proper recording of employment entry and exit records, and the correct management of the termination process are important.
